KLMK (aka Berezka or "Birch Leaf") is a Soviet pattern that was an icon of their 1980s war and occupation in Afghanistan. It was designed to overcome NATO night vision devices at the time, and is perhaps the first digital camo pattern to have been developed and issued (late 1960s.)There are many versions of KLMK - all with slight variations of shades and colors. The version we used on these shorts is “silver leaf.”
